Situated just outside the centre of Carvoeiro, the Aparthotel Colina Sol is built into the cliff side with magnificent views over the sandy beach of Vale Centianes and the Atlantic. There is direct access via the gardens to the beach, and Carvoeiro golf course is just 2.5 km away. Facilities include an outdoor pool with sunterrace, tennis court, bar, restaurant and snack bar. The spacious apartments are furnished in traditional style and are ideal for a relaxing break.

Two bedroom apartments (for 2-5 people) have two twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, separate shower room, lounge/dining area with sofa bed, and equipped kitchenette with electric hob, oven, fridge, toaster and tea-/coffee- making facilities. All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Air conditioning is in the living room only. Individual room safes cost 10 Euros per week plus refundable deposit.

Restaurant: Open for breakfast 08.00-10.00 and dinner 18.30-22.00. International and regional buffet and "a la carte" menu. There is also a snack bar open 10.00-18.00.

Bar: Open 18.00-24.00.

Family facilities: Cots and highchairs can be provided on request. Separate children's pool.

Disabled facilities: Not suitable for wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties due to hillside location.
