The apartments were built in 1986 and no main reconstuction work has been undertaken since that date other than replacing old furniture in the apartments. It is used as a residence of Hotel Pineta. This apartment hotel has a 24-hour lobby, currency exchange facilities, a restaurant, laundry service, bike rental service and a kids' club.
