Business facilities: The hotel has 11 function / meeting rooms with the largest ball room holding 1200 guests for a cocktail party.

Family facilities: The hotel has no rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Interconnecting rooms, cots and highchairs are available on request.

Disabled facilities: The hotel does not have ramps for wheelchair access and there are no ramps in the public areas. The hotel also has no room that have been specifically adapted for disabled clients.

Within 20 minutes walk: Mah-boonkrong shopping centre, Siam Square, Siam Discovery shopping centre.
