If you are looking for a small family run, charm property, then the Balaia Sol may just be what you are looking for. Built in a traditional Algarvean country style and featuring a range of studios and apartments in a part of the resort where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings yet know that you are close enough to lively Albufeira if you want to be. The gardens are especially wonderful in the spring when the bougainvillea bursts a purple fusion and the fragrance fills the air. Balaia Sol sits at the North side of Quinta Balaia and is just under 2km from the wonderful beach at Santa Eulalia. A wealth of restaurants and bars can be found in nearby Oura / Montechoro. Though if we are any judge of character we are sure you'll be more tempted to simply laze by the tempting pool.

The studios and 1 bedroom apartments offer direct dial telephone, colour TV with Cable channels and safe (payable locally). The cooking facilities include a mini cooker, fridge and self catering facilities to be able to rustle up a light lunch / dinner. The studio offers sleeping within the living area whilst the 1 bedroom apartment offers a separate sleeping area with twin or double beds.

Bar: The snack bar is open daily 10am - 12am during the summer and 10am - 10pm during the months of April, May and October.
