Located in the heart of the old town in the historic "Weinmarkt", this hotel sits amongst the splendid shops, bars and restaurants (not to mention the magnificent architecture) all around. The krone itself is housed within a picture postcard building, the rooms have been recently refurbished and are bright and contemporary, clean and spacious. An intimate restaurant / café on the ground floor adds the perfect finishing touches. Bedroom: The spacious bedrooms offer modern surroundings, they are bright and decorated in clean neutral colours. Reception: The reception is serviced 24hrs a day. Exchange service is available. Restaurant: The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner Tuesday thru Friday until 7pm. Saturdays until 5pm and Sunday and Monday just until 11am. Breakfast room: Breakfast is served in the main restaurant area from 7am onwards. Bar: A small bar / café area and outside terrace (during the summer months). Family facilities: Rooms can accommodate an extra bed for children as and when needed. Within 20 minutes walk: Shops, bars and restaurants, historical old town, "Kapellbrucke" "Spreuerbrucke" "Rathaus" and many other places of interest. Transport ConnectionsAirport(s): A train from Zurich International Airport to Luzern is c. 20CHF one way, a short taxi ride will then be the quickest option c. 10CHF. A taxi direct from the airport to the hotel can be up to 190CHF or more depending on traffic. Please note that the taxi will not be able to get you directly to the door as this area is pedestrian.
