All rooms are spacious, very modern in design and decorated in light colours so daylight is maximised. The hotel is a new building as of May 2006 , so all rooms are in excellent condition.The hotel has a bright, medium-sized lobby with the reception desk at one end. There is a small shop next to the reception and a cosy lobby-bar next to the restaurant.The restaurant serves a variety of Mediterranean dishes, and snacks are also available from the adjacent lobby-bar.

The hotel is located in the Schonbrunn district of the town, the nearest train station being Vienna's Westbahnhof. The Schonbrunn underground station is 200 metres away, with direct links to all the main sites, shopping areas, and gardens Vienna has to offer, for example, Karlsplatz is on a direct link six stops away.
