New, modern hotel located in Luton but only 5/10min drive from the airport. The hotel has been designed to a very high standard for a 3 star property; the public areas are contemporary with rich, deep colours and an airy open plan design with lobby bar, soft seating and restaurant area. Bedrooms are of a good size, also decorated to a high standard with air conditioning providing very comfortable accommodation; bathrooms are bright and contemporary. Hotel guests get reduced priced entry at leisure centre adjacent.

Bedroom: Rooms are modern and bright; all doubles and family with power shower only; 6ft beds are usual in standard rooms; twin bedrooms feature a bath with shower; there are smoking and non-smoking rooms; triple usually double plus extra bed.

Restaurant: The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is contemporary in style. It is open daily for breakfast 06.30 to 09.30 Mon-Thur and 07.00 to 10.00 Fri-Sun; it is open for dinner from 18.30 to 22.00; serves modern English cuisine.

Bar: Lobby bar open daily from midday to 02.00; there are some bar snacks available.

Business facilities: There are two rooms with maximum seating for 40 people theatre style.

Family facilities: There are cots available for babies and rooms which can accommodate 2 adults, child and cot; there are also interconnecting rooms; highchairs are available in the restaurant.

Disabled facilities: The hotel entrance and public areas are on the ground floor with no steps. Lifts are accessible; there are suitable public toilets and there are six bedrooms available with specially adapted bathrooms.

Within 20 minutes walk: Luton town centre, Arndale shopping centre.
