Hotel Docklands

Docklands is a trendy little hotel that sits in the funky docklands area of Kempisch Dok Westkey, sandwiched between the docks and the thriving city centre with its numerous array of shops, bars and restaurants. Free parking is available for guests directly outside the hotel, and the modern uplifting interiors offer a fresh and relaxed feel for both leisure and business traveller. The rooms are well appointed and nice 'n cosy, many of which have been furnished with Philip Stark furniture to give a contemporary feel. A good little base for discovering Antwerp and it's trendy side.

Bedroom: The clean and well maintained rooms offer contemporary furnishings, some with Philip Stark additions, all rooms have direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a pay movie channel, internet access and hair dryer in all bathrooms.

Reception: Reception closes at 22.30pm, after which time there is a 25 Euro late check-in fee. Guests are given key cards for out of hours return. There is a great feature clock in reception on the floor and of course service with a smile!.

Breakfast room: Buffet style breakfast served between 7am - 10am Mon - Thu and 7am - 11am at weekends.

Bar: The bar is open until 11pm.

Family facilities: Rooms can take a 3rd bed, and children up to 2 years stay for free.

Within 20 minutes walk: Shops, bars, restaurants, Marina, "Het Steen" Museum, zoo and Aquatopia.

Transport Connections

Airport(s): A taxi direct from Antwerp airport is around c. 15 Euros. A taxi direct from Brussels International Airport would take around 30 - 45mins and c. 50 Euros.

Train: Bus from Antwerp Centraal Station is direct, with a 200m walk from the bus stop. If you are coming to Antwerp from Brussels, please remember that you can use your Eurostar ticket at no charge so long as its part of your onward journey. This is a point worth noting as it does save money!.

Parking: Street side parking at no charge. This is limited space and does not belong to the hotel.
