It has amazing unprecedented views of Cairo, is 30 metres in diameter and rotates 360 degrees in 75 minutes, bringing the Pyramids, the River Nile and the entire city of Cairo all into view. No children under 12. Open from 7pm to 1am. Okashi restaurant serves oriental cuisine including an authentic selection of Japanese cuisine and beverages. Open from 12 noon to 1am. Fontana is the hotels all-day dining restaurant serving European and Middle Eastern specialities with a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Open 24 hours. La Dorada seafood restaurant provides fresh fish that is delivered on a daily basis. Open from 12 noon to 1 am. Chaingari has a great atmosphere and serves the aromatic cuisine of Northern India. Open from 12 noon to 1 am. La Famiglia is a contemporary, family-style Italian restaurant - open from 12 noon to 1am. The Nubian Village offers oriental and Mediterranean cuisine, including an array of Lebanese and Egyptian specialities - we recommend you try the Hubbly Bubbly pipes. Open from 1pm to 1am. Baccarat - for a classical oriental dining, whether by night or day, a lunch or dinner cruise on the Nile on board Marquise, Grand Hyatt Cairo's Private Yacht, is essential for any visitor to Cairo. Lunch Cruise: 2:30pm to 4:30pm and Dinner Cruise: 8pm to 10pm.

Bar: There are several bars, ranging from a traditional English Pub to Connections bar on board the hotels yacht where guests can dance the night away - unfortunately without the help of alcohol to get you into the party mood.

Family facilities: The hotel does not have rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Interconnecting rooms, cots and high chairs are available on request and babysitters can be organised locally.

Disabled facilities: Wheelchair users can access all public areas and the lifts but there are no public toilets with disabled access. There are also a number of guest rooms that have been specifically adapted for disabled guests.
