Privately owned property located close to Bergen's main pedestrian shopping area and within easy walking distance of the city's major attractions. Traditional Norwegian hand made and hand painted furniture has been tastefully combined with modern comforts to create a hotel with plenty of character and a nice cosy atmosphere. Being an old building, the traditional bedrooms vary in size but are all pleasantly decorated and well maintained. The hotel restaurant is well known for its traditional Norwegian.

Bedroom: Suites are used as triple rooms. Sizes of room vary due to the age of the building but all are pleasantly furnished and well maintained.

Bathroom: Well maintained with shower only.

Restaurant: Open 7am to 7pm serving traditional Norwegian food including Bergen specialities. Closed at Christmas and Easter.

Bar: Open 12pm to 1am.

Business facilities: Meeting rooms. Internet corner in reception - open 24 hrs approx. NOK 30/hr.

Family facilities: Family rooms, childrens' menus and high chairs available on request. Babysitters can be arranged.

Within 20 minutes walk: Fish Market, Funicular, Aquarium, Shops, Restaurants, Bars.

Train: Bus stop 200 metres (656 feet) from hotel.
