Built in 2000 and renovated in 2003, this complex consists of a 3-storey main building and 150 apartments. The air-conditioned main building has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Additional facilities include a supermarket, a bar, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area (highchairs available on request). A conference room and public Internet also terminal feature within the complex as well as bicycle hire and storage. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car.
