Hotel Minoa Palace (Platanias)

A recently opened luxury resort in the town of Platanias, in the western county of Crete called Hania. This classy hotel is set in 6 acres just off the beach, and boasts several pools set in landscaped gardens. Rooms are spacious, decorated in a classic modern style in varying colours and all have a large balcony with a view either to the mountains or the beach. Entertainment facilities include a tennis court and open-air theatre. Families are also catered to, with both an indoor and outdoor children's pool and Kindergarten club.
