Hotel Miramalfi (Amalfi)

This well established seafront hotel enjoys a fantastic position in Amalfi, offering both great views over the coast and also close vicinity to the town centre. One of the hotels top assets has to be its sea-water pool, which is tucked into the cliff and can be reached by a lift from the hotel lobby (or stairs). A small poolside bar serves cocktails, soft drinks and light meals during the summer. Bedrooms are simply decorated in typical Amalfitana style and all (excluding the 2 single rooms) enjoy a sea view with balcony or terrace.

Bedroom: For use of safe in the room a 5 euro deposit is required (refunded). Non-smoking rooms available on request.

Superior rooms have a Jacuzzi bath and are slightly bigger than standard rooms. Available at a supplement.

Restaurant: Restaurant is open from 12.30pm until 2pm and 7.30pm until 9.30pm. Serves Italian style cuisine.

Bar: Hotel bar is open 11am until midnight. Poolside snack bar is open at lunchtime only in the summer months.

Business facilities: Internet corner. Payable at 1.50 euro / 15 mins.

Family facilities: Family & Interconnecting rooms available. High chairs available in restaurant.

Beach: Hotel has private sunbathing terraces built into the rocks with umbrellas and sun loungers.

Within 20 minutes walk: Amalfi town centre and tourist port.

Pool: Outdoor pool open 8am until 7pm from May to October (weather permitting).

Transport Connections

Airport(s): Taxi (c.90/100 Euros) direct to hotel (approx. 60 mins). Alternatively bus can be taken from Naples airport to Sorrento, then another bus from there to Amalfi. The bus from Sorrento can stop on request at the bus stop closest to the hotel. (If wishing to take the bus from the airport clients are recommended to ask at the information desk at Naples airport on arrival for the best route).

Train: Hotel is a ten minute walk from the tourist port of Amalfi and from here depart boats and buses for the various towns along the coast and islands such as Capri. There is a bus stop just ten metres from the hotel where guests can catch the buses that go along the coast.

Parking: Uncovered private parking at a cost of 15 euro/day.
