This complex was opened in 2001 and renovated in 2004. Consisting of a main building and several smaller buildings, the complex is spread over grounds spanning 60,000 m². There is a total of 275 rooms of which 36 are apartments and 2 are suites. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom, a currency exchange desk, a lift, a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a games room, a conference/meeting room as well as a TV and lounge room. In addition, there is a nightclub, a theatre room/amphitheatre and an Internet café. A café, various bars and 4 air-conditioned à la carte and buffet restaurants exist within the hotel. The cuisine on offer includes Italian, Mexican, Japanese/Chinese and Turkish in addition to a wide range of fish specialities. The restaurants are all air conditioned and provide highchairs for children, some also include a non-smoking area. Guests may take advantage of the medical as well as room and laundry service. A children's playground and a kids' club are also available (for children aged 4 to 12 years old). The hotel additionally offers car parking and garage facilities to its guests.
