Suite: Superior Suites offer a contemporary designed apartment with luxury in mind, a sitting and dining quarter with a twin or double bedroom with en suite facilities, 2nd bathroom, well appointed kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker. Balconies are furnished to a high standard with whicker chairs and tables and sun loungers offering full sea views of the Atlantic ocean.

Reception: The reception is manned 24hrs a day.

Restaurant: "The Galley" Buffet Restaurant, and "The Armada" a highly praised A La Carte Restaurant offering a mouth watering range of local dishes forming gentle fusions with an international theme.

Breakfast room: An impressive buffet selection is available from 7am - 10am.

Bar: "Neptunus" Swim up Cocktail & terrace pool bar. A Piano Bar with live music is also available in the evenings within a peaceful and relaxed surround.

Garden: Small gardens linking both Classic and Royal Savoy with a large chess board and herb garden used by the chefs of the resort restaurants.

Family facilities: Children are welcome, special menus are available on request.

Disabled facilities: There have been no specific modifications for wheelchair access although the hotel does have lift access to all floors. The hotel and the area are both on inclines.

Transport Connections

Airport(s): Private taxi transfer from Madeira International Airport to Royal Savoy is 19km, approximate journey time around 30mins c. 25-30 Euros each way. Car hire is an inexpensive alternative on Madeira.

Train: A bus stop is within 40m of the hotel whilst taxis may be obtained from a rank 50m away. These may also be ordered from reception.

Parking: The hotel offers its own private parking facilities both external and internal.
