The beach hotel was built in 1975 and renovated in 2002, and consists of 61 apartments on 4 floors. The facilities include outdoor swimming pool with separate area for children, tennis court, Internet acess, air conditioning, lobby with a 24 h reception, currency exchange desk, lift, café, TV room, car park and children's playground. Babysitter service is also available. The hotel has a spacious garden. In summer the hotel offers private transport, operating the Solférias/ Carvoeiro Beach and Paraíso Beach/ Solférias route, 3 times a day, from Monday to Friday. In Winter the transportation is on request.
