Hotel The Whitehall Hotel

Originally an Elizabethan Manor house which has been delicately restored to maintain many of its original features. The hotel is within walking distance of the quaint village of Broxted and within easy reach of Stansted airport making it perfect for relaxing, pre or post flight. All bedrooms are individually furnished in a traditional style and are in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Equipped with the facilities required to ensure a comfortable stay and many with views over the lovely gardens.

Bedroom: Non smoking rooms are available. Rooms are traditional in style and have bath and shower. There is a safe available at the reception.

Restaurant: Whitehall restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open 7am until 9am, 12 noon until 2pm and 7pm until 9.30pm. The restaurant is in the hotels 15th Century hall and has original wooden beams making it a quaint area to enjoy lunch or dinner.

Bar: Drinks and light snacks are available throughout the day in the hotels bar. Open 7 days a week. Service available 24 hours for residents.

Garden: The hotel is surrounded by lovely gardens and topiary.

Business facilities: 4 function rooms available. Max capacity 150 guests.

Family facilities: Rooms are available to accommodate upto 2 adults and 2 children (subject to availability). Highchairs and cots are available for infants. The restaurant provides a children's menu.

Disabled facilities: There is access to the some parts of the public areas of the hotel for wheelchair users. There are no adapted bedrooms. The hotel does not have a lift.

Train: Stansted airport train station is 3 miles (5KM) from the hotel. There are regular direct trains into London. There is local bus stop which has buses to and from the airport.
