Reception: The reception is manned 24hours a day and offers full exchange facilities, laundry service and booking facilities for the hotel's shuttle service to "Duna Beach Club".

Restaurant: "Lacobriga" is the main restaurant where breakfast is also served. Open from 7.30am - 10.30am and then 7.30pm - 10pm, "O Cantinho Italiano" a classic Italian restaurant open from 7.30pm - 10pm and "Pateo Velho" open from 7.30pm - 10pm.

Breakfast room: Buffet breakfast served between 7.30am - 10.30am.

Bar: A lobby bar situated on the mezzanine / 1st floor level offers a relaxed environment to enjoy drinks and light snacks whilst a pool bar open from April to October is a great place to enjoy a cocktail or two by the pool whilst topping up your tan.

Business facilities: 1 meeting room with a maximum capacity of 120 persons, there are also 2 syndicate rooms each holding up to 15 persons. These are also ideal for people wishing to hold private functions, parties or a wedding reception.

Family facilities: Entertainment programme (usually operated in high season with animation schedules), baby cots, high chairs and children's menus are offered and some rooms can take extra beds. There is a separate children's pool.

Disabled facilities: The hotel consists of several buildings of differing levels and not suitable for disabled travellers.

Beach: "Duna Beach Club" is a reserved beach area along the dunes of the Meia Praia and belongs to the Tivoli hotel, a unique feature that only the Tivoli Lagos can boast. A complimentary shuttle service operates throughout the day there (approximately 2km away) where you can find a restaurant (open from April to October), light lunches and a daily buffet are provided. The popular bar area offers an all day service of aperitifs, soft drinks, beers and snacks whilst the pool area is separated from the sea only by the golden sands making this a tempting proposition for beach lovers looking to escape the crowds. Additionally you will also find tennis courts, water sports and patrolled beach service for your full satisfaction.

Within 20 minutes walk: The historical old town, restaurants, bars and shops, "Duna Beach Club" 10mins courtesy bus ride to the hotel's own private beach club including reserved beach area, swimming pool, tennis courts, changing rooms, restaurants and bars.
