Modern build of apartments and studios with a great location on the way to babin Kuk, overlooking the Bay of Dubrovnik and just 2km from the old town. Privacy is a great bonus here and being a small cluster of just 19 units, it also ensures that there are no hoards of people and garish touristic facilities often found at larger apartment blocks. All the units are well appointed and offer space and comfort. For those wishing to hire a car there is free parking space outside the property whilst many of the nearby facilities including shopping centre and several restaurants are all approximately 950meters away.

Studios are spacious and well appointed. Some have a private balcony, some have a terrace and some have window views only.

Bedroom: Bedrooms consist of twin or double beds.

Restaurant: Vila Antea has a snack bar offering a range of light refreshments and snacks between 7am - 12am.

Bar: The bar is also the restaurant and operational as per the times stated.

Garden: Small gardens in which the pool and patio area can be found.

Family facilities: Apartments can sleep up to 4 persons. There are 2 separate beds in the living area suitable for adults or children.

Disabled facilities: All of the apartments have bathrooms specially equipped for disabled travelers.

Other facilities: There is a small reception area manned by the family, private excursions offered by the owners take guests all around the coastline by private speedboat and, wine and olive oil is produced and sold by the owners and newspapers may be ordered and received on a daily basis.

Within 20 minutes walk: Public tennis courts, Public swimming pool, Shopping centre, Restaurants, bars and caf‚ bars.
