Hotel Villa Kinzica

This completely renovated Italian villa dated back to XVIII century is very popular for its ideal location, on the edge of Piazza dei Miracoli hence a few steps from Pisa's main land mark, the leaning tower. No frills rooms, comfortable, of medium size, yet lacking in finesse, hence our two star rating for what is officially a 3 star hotel. The lobby is of medium size, with pastel decors and wooden reception desk. Some original features are still well preserved as the original fireplace and few pieces of antiques. Adjoining authentic Italian restaurant.
