The company was started in 1993 so we've lots of experience in providing a great serivce both online and though our UK based call centre.

directline hotels uses the same level of security that has served the other websites in our group so well. This includes the use of GEOtrust and secure socket layer encryption.

After you've booked
We've a great customer services department, so if you ever have an issues with your booking. We only work with the better hotels in each destination and we can offer best rates around.

Our ATOL & ABTA membership
If you've booked on our other websites you'll have noticed that the package you've purchased is either covered by our ABTA bond (The Association of British Travel Agents number D6770) or our ATOL licence (9103). However, this protection is only covers package holidays, so if you just book accomodation with us this will not be covered. We suggest that you make your accomodation only purchase on a credit card and take out travel insurance.
