Accommodation: You may find a 24 hour contact number on your accommodation voucher. If you are unable to reach our call centre within opening hours to discuss any concerns which may arise upon your arrival, please call the number on the voucher. This will give our supplier an opportunity to address any problems while you are in resort. Failure to raise your concerns while abroad may have an effect on the consideration of any complaint raised upon your return.
Local Taxes: Prices quoted on our website and via our call centre exclude any tourism or city taxes which are payable locally and maybe subject to change and introduced after time of booking. We recommend you enquire about such charges upon arrival at your place of stay or before travel, making sure you have sufficient funds available to cover them.
